The Board of Directors of Omni Tanker Holdings Ltd has approved the appointment of In.Corp Audit & Assurance Pty Ltd as the company’s external auditor for the financial year ending 30 June 2025. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has granted its consent to the resignation of Nexia Sydney Audit Pty Ltd as the external auditor. In accordance with ASIC Regulatory Guide 26, which governs the resignation, removal, and replacement of auditors, members of Omni Tanker Holdings Ltd are advised of the following:
