The project, to take place over a 12 month period, will have a total value of $1.6 million, co-funded by an $800k NSW Government Clean Technology R&D grant, as well as contributions from both Omni Tanker and Quickstep Technologies.
The outcomes will include high pressure Type IV hydrogen tanks, incorporating Omni Tanker’s patented OmniBIND™ thermoplastic lining technology suitable for both polyolefins and fluorinated thermoplastics, together with rate production methods.
